Sparta self-defense seminars are characterized by their efficient techniques, which can be learned without prior knowledge. In addition to learning liberation and self-defense techniques, you’ll boost your confidence and we’ll have a lot of fun doing it too.

Cost per seminar:
CHF 30.- for members
CHF 50.- for non-members
