Fit Boxing
Fitboxing is a sweaty full-body workout and a mix of kickboxing (without opponent physical contact) and a fitness workout. Through the regular training succeeds a uniform muscle building and fat loss on the whole body. Strength training focuses on strengthening the core, abdominal, leg and shoulder muscles. Endurance and coordination exercises are mixed with boxing. The training will increase your self-confidence and you will learn important self-defense techniques.
